Software Project Managers - Candidates
should have a B.A. or B.S. degree and experience or training in project
and software lifecycle management. Project development is primarily
in PC desktop and web-based environments. PMI certification
or Master’s degree a plus. Competitive salary commensurate

Software Programmer/Engineer -
To research, design, develop, implement, and support software systems
for clients, with a focus on GIS related applications for law enforcement
agencies. The position will entail ascertaining client's needs, analyzing
system requirements, developing requirement specifications, developing
system architecture, Geo-coding, integrating GIS into system, designing
installation procedures, creating tables and reports, and creating
interface. The position will require the use of VB, JavaScript, SQL,
PL/SQL, ASP, XML, ASP.Net, VB.Net, ArcIMS, ArcSDE, ArcInfo, ArcView,
ArcObjects, MapObjects, Oracle, WebDB, Oracle Spatial, Access, SQL
Server, and Portal. The ideal candidate will have exp with ArcIMS,
