From our corporate headquarters in New Orleans LA., since 1979, GCR has provided professional consulting services to clients throughout the US and globally.  We have a long established client base built from providing creative and appropriate custom software development solutions to customers.  Our team of project management consultants, subject matter experts and software developers use their collective experience and our corporate CMMI level II practices on all technology assignments.  Our primary mission and values on client engagements is to fully understand the assignment and present to the client a workable project plan, software specifications and schedule that is both realistic and meets the clients objectives.  During GCR’s corporate history we have never failed on a technology assignment with a customer.  We are very committed to bringing a thorough understanding of the client’s technology needs and a technology plan for the clients business to each project before it begins.

In fact, GCR has leveraged its own expertise in the field of mapping technologies to integrate the power of Geographic Information Systems (GIS) for detailed and informative visualizations of data, on both a local and national scale.

Nuclear Chemistry Data Management: WinCDMS32

WinCDMS32 is used at 18 nuclear power plants throughout the U.S. The system is an effective data management application designed specifically to help Chemistry Departments handle vast quantities of technical information. It provides the framework for scheduling, analyzing, and validating tests and test results in chemistry processes.

Law Enforcement & Deconfliction (SAFETNet)

GCR has been creating and implementing custom technology solutions for Law Enforcement, District Attorneys and Court Systems for over a decade. GCR understands the operating practices of law enforcement agencies and their relationships with the Prosecutors' Offices, the Courts, and State and Federal Agencies.

GCR's deconfliction application, SAFETNet (Secure Automated Fast Event Tracking Network) is in use in over 30 states. SAFETNet gives non-communicating agencies in local, state and federal law enforcement a common gateway to identify conflicts with their events, subjects and targets. The system tracks both geographic locations and times of operations and notifies agents if any operation time and place could conflict with other previously scheduled operations.
