Unified New Orleans Plan -  In 2006, a team including the Rockefeller Foundation, Greater New Orleans Foundation, and Bush-Clinton Katrina Fund commissioned a process that united all past planning efforts and moved toward an overall recovery plan for New Orleans. GCR played a critical role in this process.

Louisiana Housing Finance Agency Statewide Housing Needs Assessment, State of Louisiana - The Louisiana Housing Finance Agency (LHFA) contracted with GCR for the completion of a statewide housing needs assessment. As a part of this effort, GCR designed and developed a web-based application for the analysis and mapping of demographic and housing data in all 64 Louisiana parishes.

Jefferson EDGE 2020 Strategic Implementation Plan and Quality of Life Initiative - The Jefferson Economic Development Commission (JEDCO) retained GCR to lead a “dream team” of Parish business, political, and community leaders in identifying the unique challenges that Jefferson is currently facing.

Jefferson Parish Transit Grant Management and Program Implementation - For more than a decade, GCR has served as consultant to Jefferson Parish's Department of Transit Administration.

Jefferson Parish Comprehensive Land Use and Transportation Plan - GCR was the lead consultant for developing the land use element of this Comprehensive Plan. The firm was instrumental in drafting the Vision Statement, Goals, Objectives and Policies.

Community Impact Mitigation Plan for the Inner Harbor Navigational Canal (IHNC) Lock Replacement Project - In October 1999, the New Orleans District of the US Army Corps of Engineers commissioned GCR to assist in the development and implementation of the Community Impact Mitigation Plan for the Inner Harbor Navigational Canal (IHNC) Lock Replacement Project.

Huey P. Long Bridge Widening Project: R.O.W. Mapping, Conceptual Stage Relocation Plan and Real Estate Cost Estimates - GCR provided title research; preliminary right-of-way maps; real estate acquisition cost estimates; and conceptual stage relocation plans.

Inventory And Mapping Records Management System Lake Pontchartrain Shoreline Properties
Jefferson Parish, Louisiana - GCR was retained by the East Jefferson Levee District to map all lakeshore properties acquired by the Pontchartrain Levee District through appropriations in the year 1949, and later transferred to the East Jefferson Levee District.

Louisiana Secretary of State: Elections Registration and Information Network (ERIN) - GCR was retained by the Louisiana Secretary of State (SOS) to convert a 20-year old mainframe system to a current technological platform and make the system HAVA compliant.
