With over 25 years of experience in right-of-way acquisition and relocation, we have consistently succeeded in acquiring real estate interests to support numerous roadway, levee, and drainage and sewerage improvement projects. In addition, we have been successful with the relocation of displaced homeowners, tenants, and businesses as a result of such projects. We have worked closely with the U. S. Army Corps of Engineers, the Pontchartrain Levee District, Jefferson Parish, the Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development, Plaquemines Parish Government, the City of Gretna, and others, on numerous acquisition and relocation assignments.
